China Energy Conservation Association is a national first-class organization in the field of energy conservation registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People's Republic of China, serving as a member of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China, the business of which is also under the guidance of National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China as well as Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, covering industries and departments including electric power, coal, petroleum, machinery, electronics, metallurgy, chemicals, railways, transport, architecture, nonferrous metals, and environmental protection, etc.
