China Petroleum Circulation Association, a national association of petroleum circulation industry registered with MOCA, is supervised by the Ministry of Commerce. Its set up was approved by the State Council. The association which enjoys the status of legal person as a social organization consists of relevant state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises, provincial and municipal petroleum circulation associations (chambers), relevant scientific research institutions and communities.
