U.S. crude oil production remained level during the week ending Nov. 29, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) said Wednesday.
According to the EIA, U.S. crude oil production stayed the same as the previous week at 12.9 million barrels per day (b/d), up by about 1.2 million b/d year on year.
In the EIA's latest Short-Term Energy Outlook released last month, the EIA expected U.S. total crude oil and petroleum products net exports to average 750,000 b/d in 2020 compared with average net imports of 520,000 b/d in 2019.
